Exemption for bicycle-mounted police officers
70 Del. Laws, c. 384, § 3; 74 Del. Laws, c. 282, § 2;
Bicycle-mounted police officers, while responding to an emergency or during the pursuit of an actual or suspected violator of the law, are exempt from the obligations under this subchapter.
