§ 8605

Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 8605

Penalty

16 Del. C. 1953, § 8605; 58 Del. Laws, c. 90.;

(a) Whoever violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 or more than $1000.
(b) The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of this chapter.
