Del. Code Ann. tit. 16, § 6905

Penalties; jurisdiction

42 Del. Laws, c. 180, § 5; 16 Del. C. 1953, § 6905;

(a) Whoever violates this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
(b) Justices of the peace shall have jurisdiction of any violation of this chapter.
