Vested right to pension

65 Del. Laws, c. 269, § 1; 70 Del. Laws, c. 186, § 1;
  1. (a) A member who has 10 years of credited service shall have a vested right to a pension.
  2. (b) A member’s vested right shall be forfeited upon the member’s application for a refund of the member’s accumulated contributions, and the member’s membership shall be cancelled.
