For purposes of this chapter:

1. (1) “Contraceptives” means contraceptive medications approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
2. (2) “Health-care practitioner” means an individual licensed and authorized to write medical orders for an individual under Title 24.
3. (3) “Pharmacist” means an individual licensed under Chapter 25 of Title 24.
