Definitions

80 Del. Laws, c. 401, § 1;

As used in this chapter:

  1. (1) “Department” means the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
  2. (2) “Public lands” includes federal, state, county, municipal, or other government-owned lands.
  3. (3) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
