Biennial mailing of polling place card and election information

- (a) In each year in which a general election is held, the Department shall mail to all registered voters, no later than 30 days before the state primary election, a notice informing the registrant of that registrant’s polling place by nonforwardable first-class mail. If this notice is returned as undeliverable, the Department shall proceed as set forth in § 2014 of this title.
(b) The notice set forth in subsection (a) of this section shall also include all of the following information:
- (1) A brief description of all available methods of voting.
- (2) The dates and times on which the general and any primary election will be held.
- (3) Deadlines for voter registration for each election and for party changes before a primary.
- (4) A brief outline of procedures and requirements at polling places and early voting sites.
