As used in this chapter:

1. (1) “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the Delaware Technical and Community College.
2. (2) “Fund” means the Community College Infrastructure Fund.
3. (3) “Institution” means such institutions of higher learning as may be from time to time established by the Board.
4. (4) “The College” means the Delaware Technical and Community College.
