(Completion of 2 years of college or successful completion of a national examination or equivalent certification program approved by the Department of Education.) (Eligibility for professional secretary certificate plus completion of 12 semester hours of college courses specified by the Department of Education and 5 years of successful experience.) - (a) The Department of Education shall establish rules and regulations for the assignment of an administrative assistant classification to personnel employed pursuant to § 1308 of this title who are not otherwise classified.
- (b) An administrative assistant I, II, or III shall receive as a salary the amount for which the employee qualifies under § 1308(a) of this title, plus an annual amount for additional training as defined by the Department of Education as follows:
