Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 6520

Establishment of bureaus

11 Del. C. 1953, § 6520; 54 Del. Laws, c. 349, § 1; 78 Del. Laws, c. 305, § 7; 83 Del. Laws, c. 34, § 1;

There shall be within the Department the following bureaus:

(1) A Bureau of Administrative Services.
(2) A Bureau of Healthcare, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Services.
(3) A Bureau of Prisons.
(4) A Bureau of Community Corrections.
(5) Such other bureaus, divisions, and subdivisions, with such personnel as the Commissioner shall deem desirable.
