No right to electronic recording or transcript

83 Del. Laws, c. 260, § 1; 83 Del. Laws, c. 447, § 1;

(a) This subchapter does not create a right of an individual to require a custodial interrogation to be recorded electronically.
(b) This subchapter does not require preparation of a transcript of an electronic recording of a custodial interrogation.
