707.1 The Director shall establish reporting systems which will include the following:

1. (a) The data on the criteria for determining the eligibility of youth;
2. (b) The method used in selection of participants;
3. (c) The job skills acquired;
4. (d) The placement objectives achieved; and
5. (e) The assessment of program performance.

707.2 Participating employers shall be required to cooperate in the reporting activity cited under §707.1.
