508.1 The Director shall establish reporting systems, which shall include the following:

1. (a) The data on the criteria for determining the eligibility of youth;
2. (b) The method used in selection of participants;
3. (c) The job skills acquired; and
4. (d) The placement objectives achieved for assessment of participants.

508.2 Employers shall be required to cooperate in the reporting activity of §508.1.
