1546 SUSPENSION

1546.1 These rules or any part of these rules may be suspended during consideration of a specified matter upon motion to suspend these rules, duly seconded, and approved by two-thirds of the Board members present and voting; provided, however, that the following rules shall not be suspended:

1. (a) Requirements of notice, except as otherwise provided by the provisions of this Chapter, and quorum;
2. (b) Rules setting forth requirements of the District of Columbia Retirement Reform Act of 1979, Replacement Plan Act, or other applicable law; and
3. (b)[c] Rules, suspension of which would contravene a requirement of the District of Columbia Retirement Reform Act, Replacement Plan Act, or other applicable law.
