1534 METHODS OF INTRODUCTION

1534.1 Proposed rules, regulations, and resolutions may be introduced by a Board member.

1534.2 Proposed rules, regulations, and resolutions may be introduced by any of the following methods:

1. (a) Reading the short title of the proposed rule, regulation, or resolution during the period of a meeting of the Board designated for introductions; or
2. (b) Filing the signed original of the proposed rule, regulation, or resolution in the office of the Executive Director during normal business hours.

1534.3 The Executive Director shall distribute to each Board member a copy of each measure introduced.
