100.1 The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards, procedures and requirements for the following:

1. (a) The operation and governance of the District of Columbia State Athletics Commission (DCSAC);
2. (b) The operation of the District of Columbia State Athletic Association (DCSAA);
3. (c) The operation of the DCSAA Athletic Appeals Panel; and
4. (d) Student eligibility and participation in interscholastic athletic programs and competitions.
