2604.1 A public charter school in the District of Columbia is eligible to receive grants under the Program.

2604.2 A non-profit organization is eligible to receive grants under the Program if the organization is:

1. (a) Engaged in the promotion of innovative credit enhancement initiatives for the development of charter school facilities; and
2. (b) Authorized by two (2) or more public charter schools to act on their behalf in obtaining financing to cover the cost of an eligible project.
