8107.1 A school shall be adequately organized and administered to achieve its mission and goals.

8107.2 A school shall have the following:

1. (a) An organization chart showing the principal subdivisions of the school and the title of the principal officer for each;
2. (b) An adequate administrative staff, and written position descriptions for the principal administrative positions;
3. (c) Clearly delineated administrative policies and procedures; and
4. (d) A process for self analysis, forecasting, planning and reform of the operations and programs of the school.
