307.1 The Chairperson shall sign or designate a person to sign the following:

1. (a) All notices to Commissioners of regular and special meetings, except for special meetings called by a majority of the Commissioners or by the Mayor, as provided in § 302.2;
2. (b) All notices and correspondence signifying proposed and final actions of the Commission;
3. (c) All appointments of committees, hearing tribunals, and panels where such appointments are within the powers of the Chairperson; and
4. (d) All letters drafted by the Secretary in accordance with § 300.4(d).
