10. (1) The Chairperson;
11. (2) The General Counsel;
12. (3) The Office of Taxicabs;
13. (4) Metropolitan Police Department;
14. (5) Superintendent of Insurance;
15. (6) Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission; and
16. (7) Others;
17. (f) Approve consent calendar;
18. (g) Consent calendar;
19. (1) Referral of matters to the Commission; and
