COMPUTATION OF HPRP ASSISTANCE

7604.1 The following shall apply to determinations of HPRP benefits.

7604.2 Computation of the HPRP applicant's or participant's contribution for security deposit and first month rent (section 7607), utility arrearage and utility deposit (section 7608), and rental arrearage (section 7610) shall be calculated based on the net income and assets available to the applicant unit within the last thirty (30) days prior to application and may taken into account necessary and reasonable expenditures incurred during that time period.

7604.3 Computation of the HPRP applicant's or participant's contribution for rental assistance (section 7609) shall be made in accordance with section 7609.3.
