LIVING PROGRAMS SERVING RESIDENTS WITH

DISABILITIES

6334.1 An independent living program providing care for residents with disabilities shall accommodate the needs of residents with disabilities to the extent that is otherwise required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, and the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
