6106.1 An applicant or recipient who is aggrieved by a decision of CFSA in connection with the denial, reduction, or termination of a permanent guardianship subsidy, including a failure to act on a request for review pursuant to § 6105.1(d), may appeal the decision in accordance 29 DCMR Chapter 59.
