5911 APPEAL

5911.1 An appellant who is aggrieved by the Hearing Examiner's decision may seek judicial review before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in accordance with the contested case provisions of the District of Columbia's Administrative Procedure Act, D.C. Code § 2-510.
