5808.1 The individual responsibility plan shall include the requirement to participate in one (1) or more of the following activities:

1. (a) Unsubsidized employment;
2. (b) Subsidized private sector employment;
3. (c) Subsidized public sector employment;
4. (d) Work experience;
5. (e) On-the-job training;
6. (f) Job search and job readiness;
7. (g) Community service;
8. (h) Vocational education training;
9. (i) Job skills training directly related to employment;
10. (j) Education; or
11. (k) Provision of child care services to the dependent or dependents of an individual who is participating in a community service program.

5808.2 A TANF recipient is exempt from work participation if the recipient meets any of the criteria for an exemption listed in Section 5809.
