5618.1 The managed care provider shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders that prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, age, sex, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, physical disability, education, political affiliation, source of income, and place of residence or business.
