5413.1 Each fee-for-service primary care provider shall comply with all applicable federal and District laws, regulations, and orders that prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, age, sex, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family composition, physical disability, education, political affiliation, source of income, and place of residence or business.
