5310.1 Each AFDC or AFDC-related recipient that is aggrieved by an individual decision of the Department affecting that recipient's right to select a provider or receive a covered service through the District's Medicaid Managed Care Program shall be entitled to a hearing before the Department's Office of Fair Hearings as provided in D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §4 -210.01 to 4 -210.18 and 42 C.F.R. Part 431, Subpart E.
