4010.1 As a condition of each grant awarded, the grantee shall agree to do the following:

1. (a) Repay the District for final audit disallowances within thirty (30) days from receipt of notification by a disallowance letter; and
2. (b) Pay interest at the rate of twenty-four percent (24%) per annum from the date of the disallowance letter if the repayment is not complete within the thirty (30) day period.

4010.2 A grantee may request informal dispute resolution of any disallowance determination by a Grant Officer by requesting within thirty (30) days of the date of the disallowance notification letter, that the Director conduct a review.

4010.3 If the Director sustains the finding of the Grant Officer, interest shall be charged on the amount to be repaid as of the date of the disallowance letter.
