3108.1 An educational institution receiving money under this program shall agree to inform the Director whenever a significant change in trainee status occurs.

3108.2 The participating agencies shall provide the following reports to the Director:

1. (a) Notice of failure to obtain state license within the designated period of time; and
2. (b) Notice of termination of employment.
