3106.1 The financial assistance provided shall include tuition and may depending on a needs analysis include the following:
- (a) Reasonable cost of textbooks and supplies;
- (b) Reasonable transportation costs to and from classes;
- (c) Reasonable costs of child care while attending classes; and
- (d) A stipend to defray the reasonable cost of living expenses for full-time independent students.
