3100.1 The purpose of this Chapter is to provide rules to implement the District of Columbia Nurses Training Corps Program (hereinafter, 'Corps') established by the Council of the District of Columbia pursuant to D.C. Law 7-32 (D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 38-1501 to 38-1503).

AUTHORITY: Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is the Nurses Training Corps Establishment Act of 1987, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 38-1501 to 38-1503; and Mayor's Order 89-183 (August 14, 1989).
