D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 2365
2365.1 A complete medical history and physical examination shall be performed and documented on each patient within twenty-four (24) hours of admission.
2365.2 A psychosocial assessment shall be completed and documented on each patient within seventy-two (72) hours of admission.
2365.3 An initial service plan addressing short-term detoxification goals shall be developed for each patient within twelve (12) hours of admission. The rehabilitation plan shall be developed within seventy-two (72) hours of admissions and may be reviewed, revised, and updated as clinically indicated. This plan shall be documented in the patient's treatment record.
