2024.1 The Department shall continue to pay health insurance premiums until one (1) of the following occurs:
- (a) The recipient becomes eligible for Medicare benefits;
- (b) The recipient is re-employed and can obtain health benefits under the new employer's group plan;
- (c) Thirty (30) months from the month the employee is unable to continue working; or
- (d) Funding identified for the program pursuant to §2020.2 is exhausted.
