Initiation of Withholding in Other Jurisdictions

1701.1 When an obligor under an order of support derives income in another jurisdiction, the application filed by the Department pursuant to §1700 shall request the Court to request the appropriate agency in the other jurisdiction to issue a notice or order to withhold that income.
