1614.1 A child-placing agency may employ a licensed social worker to provide social work service on a contractual basis.

1614.2 A social worker employed on a contractual basis shall not be considered a member of the child-placing agency's social work staff.

1614.3 A social worker employed on a contractual basis shall comply with the qualifications for social workers as set out in §1613 of this chapter.
