10907 INMATES
10907.1 If a beneficiary becomes an inmate, the Department shall suspend capitation payments to the MCO in which the beneficiary is enrolled for the duration of the beneficiary’s incarceration. FCEP CHIP participation and capitation payments for a beneficiary may be initiated on the date of release from the public institution.
