1008.1 The Grants Committee shall be responsible for reviewing applications submitted to the Office of Criminal Justice Plans and Analysis.

1008.2 The Grants Committee shall prepare recommendations for consideration of the full Board for each application which address the following:

1. (a) Whether to fund the application and the reasons, the level of funding, and the grant period for the project; and
2. (b) Any special conditions (programmatic, administrative, or monetary) deemed necessary to meet adequately the objectives and priorities of the plan or other federal or local, reporting, administrative, or monetary requirements.
