DEVELOPMENT STAGE FACILITIES APPLICABLE TO
FACILITIES SEEKING TO EXPAND
The Commissioner may require all or part of the information listed in section 105(a)(14) of the Act be provided by existing continuing care facilities that apply to expand their facilities.
