1704.1 The Manager shall perform the following duties:

1. (a) Serve as an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee;
2. (b) Perform the duties of Secretary and Treasurer of the Bureau at the direction of the Governing Committee; and
3. (c) Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bureau Office.

1704.2 As an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee pursuant to §1704.1 (a), the Manager shall not have a vote or be counted for the purpose of establishing a quorum.
