1320.1 Each Member Company agrees that on cancellations and non-renewals that it initiates on risks eligible for insurance under the Plan of Operation (except in cases of non-payment of premium, or evidence of incendiarism), it will:

1. (a) Furnish the policyholder thirty (30) days advance written notice in order to allow time for the application for coverage to be made and a policy to be written under the provisions of the Plan of Operation; and
2. (b) Furnish the policyholder notice of the availability and location of the Facility.
