6470.1 A condemnation order or summary suspension order shall be:

1. (a) Served as specified in section 6469.1(a); or
2. (b) Clearly posted by the Department at a public entrance to the swimming pool or spa facility and a copy of the notice sent by first class mail to the licensee or the owner or custodian of the public swimming pool or spa, as appropriate.
