4008.1 To be eligible for a rebate or voucher under this chapter:

(a) A security camera system shall meet minimum technical and video quality specifications published on the Office's website, and must retain video footage for at least forty-eight (48) hours;

(b) A security camera system installed on the exterior of a building shall be weatherproof; and

(c) A glass break sensor system shall meet minimum technical specifications published on the Office's website.
