3901.1 Each home care agency shall maintain the following minimum amounts of insurance coverage:

1. (a) Blanket malpractice insurance for all professional employees in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) per incident.
2. (b) General liability insurance covering personal property damages, bodily injury, libel and slander in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence.
3. (c) Product liability insurance, when applicable.
