2814.1 In Level I facilities, special radiological capabilities shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day and shall consist of at least the following:

1. (a) In-house radiology technician;
2. (b) Angiography;
3. (c) Sonography;
4. (d) Nuclear scanning;
5. (e) Computerized tomography;
6. (f) In-house computerized tomograph (CT) technician; and
7. (g) Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

2814.2 In Level II facilities, special radiological capabilities shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day and shall consist of at least the following:

1. (a) In-house radiology technician;
2. (b) Angiography;
3. (c) Sonography;
4. (d) Computerized tomography; and
5. (e) Repealed.

2814.3 Special radiological capabilities in Level II facilities may also include:

1. (a) Nuclear scanning;
2. (b) In-house computerized tomographic (CT) technician; and
3. (c) Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
