2032.1 In the absence of applicable requirements in this chapter, the following services shall be operated in accordance with the indicated provisions of the Medicare/Medicaid participation requirements:

1. (a) Pharmaceutical services, Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations (hereinafter "C.F.R.") § 482.25;
2. (b) Radiological services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.26;
3. (c) Laboratory services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.27;
4. (d) Infection control services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.42;
5. (e) Surgical services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.51;
6. (f) Anesthesia services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.52;
7. (g) Outpatient services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.54;
8. (h) Emergency services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.55; and
9. (i) Rehabilitation services, 42 C.F.R. § 482.56.
