Vacancy in the Offices of President or Vice-president

902.1 A vacancy in the office of President shall be filled by the Vice President for the remainder of the term.

902.2 A vacancy in the office of Vice President shall be filled at a regular meeting, or at a special meeting called for the purpose, by election, pursuant to the requirements of § 906.3.
