504.1 No employee shall engage in outside employment or private business or professional activity that conflicts, or would appear to conflict, with the fair, impartial and objective performance of the employee's assigned duties and responsibilities.

504.2 An employee may accept outside employment if:

1. (a) The employment does not conflict or appear to conflict with the fair, impartial and objective performance of the employee's assigned duties; and
2. (b) The employment would not cause disclosure of any confidential information of the Authority to any person or organization who is seeking to do business with, doing business with, or requesting an approval or determination from, the Authority.
