3510.1 The regular order of business at any meeting of the Board shall be as follows:
a. Meeting Called to Order by Chairperson or Presiding Officer;
b. Reading of Minutes of the Last Meeting;
c. Reports of Officers;
d. Reports of Committees;
e. Unfinished Business;
f. New Business;
g. Adjournment.
