7709.1 Continuing education credit shall not be granted for the following:

1. (a) Organizational activity such as serving on committees or councils or as an officer in a professional organization;
2. (b) Meetings or activities such as in-service programs which are required as part of one's job; and
3. (c) Continuing education activity completed before the two (2) year period for which the continuing education credit is submitted.
